We inspect turbocharger rotors, nozzle rings, turbine and compressor sections, bearing clearances, labyrinth seals, air filters, washing lines and exhaust gas sections in detail. For main and auxiliary engine turbochargers, we investigate low boost pressure, high exhaust temperature, vibration, oil leaks, surging and reduced performance, followed by cleaning, inspection, balance checks and a service report.
